Individual training focuses on mechanics, techniques, objectives, balance and ball preparation. This 4 week program will help identify weaknesses and highlight the players strengths. Goalkeeping, defender, midfield, forward and goal-scoring positional training is available to players who have identified their roles and want to expand their position ability. Program is open to boys and girls ages 9 - 19 and college players seeking to get to the next level. Speed, agility and strength training is offered through Sports and Field.Training is scheduled Monday through Friday by appointment.
Cost: $240.00 for 4 x 1 hour weekly sessions.
