The group program is for 4-6 players. Sessions are planned with focus on particular skills and movement exercises. Effort is made to keep groups of similar ability and age together. Players are encouraged to support each other and together reach for the next level. When appropriate, small sided games are incorporated into the training program. Speed, agility and strength training is offered through Sports and Field.
COST: $140.00 per player for 4 x weekly one hour sessions.
